Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Economy shipping — estimated 5–8 business days
- Standard shipping — estimated 3–5 business days
International Shipping We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
